I frequently assist property owners who have questions about changes in the value of their homes. I take the time to explain the assessment process, including the factors used to determine property values and the economic conditions within the county that may impact those values.

I also work closely with our veterans by helping them apply for veteran exemptions and answering questions regarding eligibility requirements, filing deadlines for the ATD-40 form, and the assessed value reductions available through the program.

In addition, I regularly assist residents with questions regarding property tax relief programs, including the Long-Term Homeowners Exemption and the Homeowners Exemption.
